You own Tmat's entire social machine — accounts, content pipeline, editing team, and results. This is not a support role. You run social completely across US and international accounts.

What You Own

• All Tmat social accounts — US and international
• Content engine: idea → brief → edit → post → analyze → iterate
• Lead the editing team day-to-day: priorities, standards, throughput
• Views-first performance: watch time, retention, shares, weekly KPIs
• Creative direction: pacing, hooks, first 2 seconds, caption strategy
• Community engagement in brand voice

You're a Fit If

• 2+ years managing social with measurable growth (bring the screenshots)
• You understand hooks, retention, series formats, and iteration cold
• You've led editors or directed post-production output
• You run multiple accounts without dropping balls
• DTC/ecommerce experience is a bonus

• Interest in trucks, tools, or blue-collar brands is a genuine plus

• Capture product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Test hooks, angles, and formats to find what performs
• Stay current on trends and content styles native to the platform
• Occasionally shoot photo content for ads and website

You're a Fit If

• Good eye for angles, lighting, and storytelling on mobile
• Basic to solid editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
• Self-starter who can take ideas and run
• Interest in trucks, outdoors, or blue-collar culture is a real plus

You're the frontline of the Tmat brand experience — keeping customers happy across email, phone, chat, and social. You'll also help maintain our voice on social platforms where customers ask questions and engage with our content.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot product questions and provide clear solutions
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and DMs in brand voice
• Document interactions and flag trends to the team
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and fulfillment to resolve escalations

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving instinct
• Comfortable on social media platforms and familiar with engagement basics
• Experience with CRM tools is a bonus
