International Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL or UPS. We leverage Shopify's Managed Markets to streamline the process. Shopify's Managed Markets automatically calculates and collects tariffs, taxes, and handles the necessary duties, ensuring your products are delivered directly to your door without hassle.

During checkout, once your shipping address is entered, the total cost—including shipping, tariffs, and taxes—will be clearly displayed before you proceed to payment.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Domestic US Shipping Methods: UPS Ground & USPS

Most products are shipped via UPS Ground. Occasionally USPS will be used for small packages or last-mile delivery.

Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)

Transit time (48 Contiguous States): 1-4 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are based on your order. You can check your shipping cost on the checkout page.

Bundled Tmat Truck and SUV Kits ship free within the 48 Contiguous States. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Most Tmat products ship directly from the manufacturing facility in North Royalton, Ohio. Some Tmat products will ship separately from our Engineering team in Oklahoma.

In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days.
If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and provide an ETA.

Other Brands & 3rd Party Products
Other brands and 3rd party products may ship separately and include separate shipping charges. These shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you have questions, please contact us.

Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Order Changes:
Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still have not received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, please email us at hello@tmat.com.
